She combines the most up-to-date research with a 360 degree approach – focusing on diet, lifestyle, stress reduction and exercise – to help women feel unstoppable. She regularly contributes to online titles like Red Magazine, Telegraph, Sheerluxe and Vogue and has consulted with leading brands like Sweaty Betty, Clarins and The Body Shop. She is co-author of the best selling book, The Perimenopause Solution.

With 30 years as a fitness health coach firmly under her belt, Lysta brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project she takes on. Committed to continuously updating her expertise, her remit encompasses women’s health, body fat loss, ante and post natal health, perimenopause, menopause, teen fitness, rehabilitation and post operative clinical pilates. Famed for her pragmatic approach, Lysta works with a diverse client base and is noted for getting long lasting, tangible results.
