What level are the workouts?
They are general / intermediate level with plenty of options to modify.
How often are the workouts?
Daily. They range from 5 to 20 minutes but still manage to pack a punch. We’ll also be giving you some mindfulness exercises.
When is the best time to exercise?
Everyone is different but we think mornings tend to be best. If that’s difficult for you choose the times that work for you but be sure to ring fence them by putting them in your diary and treating them like a meeting that cannot be moved.
Should I carry on with my regular exercise plan?
Yes you can as long as you’re not overdoing it. Be sure to factor in rest and recovery days.
Are the workouts suitable for everyone?
Yes, but if you’re in any doubt please talk to your GP first. During the challenge, make sure you listen to your body especially if you’re sore or have an injury. You need to challenge yourself (that’s how you get fitter and build lean muscle) but If something doesn’t feel good, don’t push it.
