Our single-minded mission is for you to head into summer feeling the very best version of yourself possible. We know you’re time poor and that it can be hard navigating all the diet and fitness messages out there so we’ve done a lot of the hard work for you, with bite-sized resistance based workouts that still pack a mean punch and delicious meal ideas to keep you feeling full and satiated. 

Throughout the 14 days, we’ll be posting on the Mind Body Programme Instagram account to help keep you motivated and on track. We will also be including breath work and self-care cues to help you feel lighter, brighter and to encourage sleep and restfulness.
